Videre is the rooftop restaurant and bar of the Kimpton Hotel Wilshire in Mid-Wilshire, a few blocks from Beverly Hills, with a pool and a fireside lounge looking out over the Hollywood Hills and the city skyline. Guests check in at the front desk, ride to the 6th floor and take a private elevator up. The kitchen cooks Southern Californian food from breakfast through dinner. The craft cocktail list includes the Hollywood Fae with mezcal and cassis and the Beverly Hills Remedy with tequila, passion fruit and Amontillado sherry, alongside low and no-alcohol drinks and a separate themed list, A Menu Called Quest. It is open daily from 7am to 11pm.
