Tulum Sky Bar is a Mexican-inspired rooftop bar on the 29th floor of the Estella Ekkamai hotel on Soi Sukhumvit 63. The room is styled as a tropical escape, with boho-chic decor, lush greenery, warm lighting and rattan furniture, and the music runs through deep house, Afro beats and Latin rhythms. The cocktails lean on tequila and mezcal: signatures include Dragon Whisper with dragon fruit, sage and agave, Mezcal Mystique with honey and osmanthus foam, and Guava Ritual with Roku gin, sherry, guava and coconut, next to classics such as the Old Fashioned. Mexican-inspired bar bites are served. It opens daily from 5pm, booking is recommended, and the dress code is smart casual.
