Tretter's American Bar is in the basement of the Municipal House (Obecní dům) on náměstí Republiky, a bar room that opened with the building in 1912. Bartender Michael Tretter and the Vyšehrad 2000 group reopened it to the public in January 2022, keeping the black marble counter, faceted mirrors and an Art Nouveau chandelier. The list centers on cocktails and champagne, and tables are booked by phone.
