Bokovka is a wine bar and shop of the Ambiente restaurant group, set around a weathered 15th-century brewery courtyard, gallery and cellar on Dlouhá in the Old Town. Sommelier Roman Novotný curates the list, and guests can pick a bottle from the shop shelves and drink it on the spot. Small dishes are served with the wine, and tables are booked by phone or email.
