Torno Subito is Massimo Bottura's Italian restaurant in the Miami Design District, led by chef Bernardo Paladini, who spent more than a decade in the Francescana Family restaurants before being chosen to run the Miami kitchen. The restaurant describes handmade pasta, refined technique and playful presentation, and a bar rooted in Italian drinking culture with a cocktail and wine program built for aperitivo and dinner, in what it calls the spirit of Milan in summer. The cocktail list is organized by aperitivo flavor, bubbles, bitter, savory and citrus, with drinks such as the Negroni Balsamico with Villa Manodori balsamic vinegar and the Americano al Caffè. The bar also hosts a residency series with visiting bars from the international rankings.
