The St. Regis Bar sits beside The Drawing Room and Astor Terrace in The St. Regis Hong Kong in Wan Chai. Its fourteen signature cocktails draw on New York's subway and Hong Kong's tramline, both launched in 1904, the year the first St. Regis opened in New York, and the list includes the Canto Mary, a local Bloody Mary with dried tangerine peel, soy sauce and five-spice. Bar bites are served alongside.
