Mizunara The Library

A Ginza-style Japanese whisky and cocktail library in Wan Chai, named after mizunara, the Japanese oak used to mature whisky, with a collection running past 500 bottles from Japan, Scotland, Taiwan and India, and an oasis-like Japanese garden terrace. Massimo Petovello directs the cocktail program, built on hand-cut ice, the throwing technique and the principles of sadou, ichigo ichie and omotenashi.
