The Modern Alchemist is a neighbourhood cocktail bar in Saint-Gilles that opened in December 2018 in a renovated old café. The drinks focus on rum, with more than 150 references, and seasonal house creations, and the bar also sells bottled cocktails. Christopher runs the bar today with Marie and Cedric, and walk-ins are welcome.
