Plumette is a 1930s art deco inspired speakeasy in central Brussels, founded in 2019 and pouring handcrafted classics and signatures in a cozy, private room. The bar holds a Top 500 World's Best Bars listing for 2025 and even brews its own blond craft beer, La Plumette.
