Chemistry & Botanic's is an intimate cocktail bar a short walk from the Grand Place and Central Station, built on the idea of science meeting the plant world. The mixologists follow the seasons, working with selected spirits, homemade syrups, infusions and local botanicals, and make drinks with or without alcohol. The bar also hosts cocktail workshops and can be booked for private events, and dogs are welcome.
