The Koji Club is a sake bar inside the Charles River Speedway complex in Brighton, opened by Alyssa Mikiko DiPasquale, an advanced sake professional who previously worked with the O Ya group. It began as online tastings and now pours a rotating list of sake by the glass and bottle, with ticketed tastings and events on its calendar. Walk-ins are always welcome, with a limited number of reservations.
