Beyond Proof

Boston, Massachusetts

Beyond Proof is a zero-proof craft cocktail bar in Jamaica Plain, and every drink it pours is alcohol-free. The menu groups botanical cocktails into awakenings, florals, groundings and rewritten classics, from a smoked old fashioned on 0% bourbon to a kava, strawberry and coconut drink called Settle, with 0% spirits, wines and beers alongside. The room is set up for connection and celebration, with Mediterranean mezze served through the evening.
