Bubble Bath Back Bay is chef Tiffani Faison's Champagne bar on the roof level of the citizenM Back Bay hotel, fifteen floors above Newbury Street with views over the Charles River. The pink room is lit by opaque hemispheres and a column of translucent spheres over the booths, and the list centres on sparkling wine with a full cocktail menu alongside. Snacks run to dips, salads and caviar-topped biscuits, and entry is 21 and over.
