A British public house on Elgin Street from Big Top Hospitality, the group behind Bourke's, Honky Tonks Tavern, Twist Pasta Bar and Terracotta Lamma. It opened on 1 September 2026 over two floors: a ground-floor bar with an all-day menu of beer and bar bites, and an upstairs dining room, open Thursday to Saturday, built around British recipes. Founder Matt Richardson, from Milton Keynes and nine years in Hong Kong, went to the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin to learn the pour before opening; the beer list runs past twenty options, with a short range of craft cocktails beside it. In the kitchen are executive chef Graham Long and head chef Jake Bennett, formerly of L'Enclume and, most recently, The Baker and The Bottleman in Wan Chai. Scotch eggs with black pudding and brown sauce, prawn cocktail toast, loaded jacket potatoes and fish and chips carry the menu. Weekday lunch set from noon to 2.30pm, happy hour 3pm to 7pm.
