Southbridge is a fully open-air bar on the roof of a refurbished heritage shophouse at Boat Quay, entered from South Bridge Road beside Elgin Bridge. From Level 5 the view takes in Parliament House, Marina Bay Sands and Raffles Place, and the mood borrows from relaxed European living. The cocktail list runs from a Spice Trail section with Asian flavors to a set called Iconoclastics, which includes a Coconut Negroni made with coconut tequila and coconut-washed Campari, and a Singapore Swing built on gin, Cointreau and Cynar. Oysters, sliders and grills fill out the bar menu. It opens daily from 5pm to midnight for guests aged 21 and over.
