A modern Japanese izakaya founded in 2015 and now roosting on Carpenter Street (The Dandy Collection), charcoal-grilled kushiyaki, sashimi and playful small plates under chef Sean Mell, with a bar program of signature highballs, sake laybacks and drinks built on shoyu, yuzu and umeshu. The Teared Negroni is the signature serve; the Udon Carbonara and KFC Bao anchor the food.
