Convivial is a Champagne bar on the edge of Boat Quay founded by Yeo Xi Yang, who has been named Singapore's Best Sommelier by the Sommelier Association of Singapore. The list runs to more than 200 Champagnes with an emphasis on grower producers, alongside other sparkling wines, cider and beer, and the room takes its cue from the chalk cellars of Champagne. Snacks draw on local dishes such as ngoh hiang, otak otak toast and pork jowl.
