Sky on 20 is the rooftop bar on the 26th floor of Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20, on Soi Sukhumvit 20 in the Sukhumvit area. Guests can sit indoors, in a contemporary room with ambient lighting, or out on the expansive terrace, with panoramic views either way. The bar promotes a signature cocktail menu, and the current food and drink menu lists house creations such as Bulleit Proof, with bourbon, ruby port and caramelized banana, and Parmesan Berry, which mixes Tanqueray, cassis, blueberry, fresh cream and Parmesan. The kitchen serves Mediterranean dishes, from tapas to mains. Happy hour runs daily from 5pm to 7pm on selected cocktails, wines and beers.
