SEVEN is the Budapest cocktail bar of Seven Hills Distillery, opened on Wesselényi utca in the seventh district so that drinkers no longer have to travel to the distillery to meet the team or its Tokaj gin. Brand ambassador Richard Rico Kormos runs the bar. The distillery describes a room where the staff know their bottles inside out and are happy to answer questions, with more than 250 spirits behind the counter and a list that covers both signature and classic cocktails. Minimalist finger food is served if hunger strikes. Doors open Wednesday and Thursday from 20:00 and Friday and Saturday from 17:00, closing at 02:00.
