Lead bartender Chris Lee and the team build drinks around traditional remedy ingredients: ginseng, goji, chrysanthemum, Sichuan pepper. Cocktail Bar and Best Cocktail & Spirits Shop, Realm operates through Tock reservations in a space that channels apothecary aesthetics into atmospheric drinking. The concept sounds niche; the execution is universal.
