Christian Siglin, formerly of Noble Experiment and Craft & Commerce, partnered with Eric Johnson to build a North Park neighborhood bar that splits the difference between high-end craft and dive-bar comfort. A vivid blue Negroni on tap, a Ward 8 riff built with Tang, and the Best New U.S. Chef Ami Cisneros handles the food side. Happy Medium earns its name through balance rather than compromise.
