The World's Best Spirits Selection award at Tales of the Cocktail recognized what visitors discover immediately: a bottle shop housing over two hundred rums alongside a French-spirit-focused cocktail programme designed by Chris Patino, who won Best U.S. Bar Mentor in the same ceremony. Co-founded by Erick Castro and Arsalun Tafazoli, the Art Nouveau and Victorian Rococo interior by Paul Basile of BASILE Studio creates a retail-meets-bar hybrid that treats spirit education as entertainment. Raised by Wolves turns the act of choosing a bottle into an experience worth the drive to UTC.
