Alf del Portillo and Marta Premoli's Basque-Italian bar in São Cristóvão, opened late 2021 — spritzes, negronis, sherries, Italian vermouths and amaro cocktails, Basque sidra poured from the barrel, and pintxos on the counter. Small room; walk-ins only, groups of six at most.
