The Madrid EDITION's intimate punch parlour revives the drink that predates the cocktail, first mixed aboard 17th-century trading ships, through 'Legends & Likes', a two-chapter menu (The Ancients, The Moderns) of archetypal figures, every punch €18. The Emperor runs Toki whisky through Green Chartreuse, pineapple, PX sherry and oolong tea.
