Pony & Plume is a whisky and cocktail bar on the first level of Capella at Galaxy Macau, holding more than 650 whiskies arranged across eight flavor profiles alongside a Macau-inspired cocktail program. The bar treats its name as a creed: the pony, a precise measure of spirit, stands for intention in every pour, while the plume is an aromatic cloud of smoke worked through its signature cocktails and bar snacks.
