Phởcific Standard Time is a cocktail bar upstairs from the downtown Phở Bắc on 7th Avenue, from the Pham family behind the Phở Bắc restaurants. The drinks work Vietnamese flavors such as pandan, coconut, basil seed and coffee into cocktails, with natural wine and beer alongside, and the kitchen sends up snacks such as a crab and prawn dip. It takes no reservations and opens Tuesday to Saturday evenings.
