Papa Doble

Papa Doble opened on 1 March 2025 as heir to the historic Sabor Cubano — a tropical corner of rum, sugar cane and citrus near San Lorenzo, named for Hemingway's daiquiri order: no sugar, double rum. The list travels Central and South America, from the house Papa Doble (€8) to a pisco-and-mate Yerba delle Ande.
