A cocktail bar near the National Theatre in Belgrade's Stari Grad, built around seasonal produce grown on the bar's own allotment in Sopot, outside the city. The menu reworks classic cocktails with organic ingredients, preserved year-round through techniques such as rotary evaporation, and is served alongside sharing plates, French oysters and sparkling wine.
