Elizabeth occupies the Hotel Bristol, a 1912 Art Nouveau landmark in Savamala, carefully restored and now part of the Belgrade Waterfront. The house frames itself as a restaurant where secrets are taste and the world is your plate, and the drinking side is the Elizabeth Signature Bar, developed with Bruno Vanzan over two months: twelve signature cocktails, classics, custom builds, and a shelf of more than a hundred spirits running through Scottish single malts, bourbons, gins and rare tequilas. A bar lab on site makes the liqueurs, syrups, infusions and garnishes, down to stamped ice. Chefs Miloš Savić and Miloš Janković run the kitchen. A dress code applies, and the room opens Thursday through Saturday.
