Las Almas Rotas calls itself a shrine to the spirits of Mexico, and the back bar makes the case. The list runs deep through mezcal and takes in sotol, bacanora, raicilla and tequila, poured neat, in flights, or built into cocktails. Margaritas are a fixture, among them the Muy Premium Margarita, a spicy version and a frozen one. A Mexican kitchen menu runs alongside the drinks through the evening. The room sits on Parry Avenue just outside Fair Park, with a long bar and windows that open onto the street. Service starts in the late afternoon midweek and in the early afternoon at weekends.
