House Welley is a whisky bar on the second floor of the Welley Building on Wellington Street, founded by collectors Vincent Leung, Eric Ho and Jason Ngai. It serves whisky neat rather than mixed, from a back bar of some 300 bottles arranged by style and region, and the owners choose pours with each guest in place of a fixed menu. Beer is also poured.
