Harriet's Rooftop is on the 11th floor of 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge on Furman Street, a waterfront perch facing the Manhattan skyline and the Brooklyn Bridge. The space is finished in reclaimed and sustainable materials, and there is a rooftop plunge pool alongside the bar. Its sustainable cocktail program reuses spent citrus peels, coffee grounds and other byproducts in infusions and garnishes, and draws on breweries and distillers within 100 miles. The list includes Harriet's Margarita with shishito-infused tequila, an Espresso Martini made with a spent espresso and orange peel syrup, and Asian-inspired drinks such as the Earth Project. Opening depends on the weather, and reservations are recommended.
