Golden Eye sits on the roof of the Fairmont Golden Prague, above Pařížská in Prague 1, with panoramic views over the Vltava and the city skyline. The interior takes its cues from 1970s cosmopolitan style, brass and gold accents against dark toned wood and mirrored surfaces, worked up with the British studio Rima and McRae into something intimate and polished. The cocktail list looks to the Far East, blending tropical ingredients with Czech and Eastern European twists, while the kitchen cooks modern Asian food drawn from street food stalls across the region. DJ sets carry the evening, tuned to the occasion. Service runs Tuesday through Saturday and the dress code is smart elegant.
