Founders Club is a 1920s-styled cocktail lounge in the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, entered through a bookcase that swings open off the hotel lobby. The room is furnished with red velvet sofas, leather and low lamps, and the bar centers on rare whiskies, vintage spirits and Cognac, with a Locker List of rare whiskies poured from half an ounce. The house drink is a Manhattan with an Earl Grey tincture, and tables can be booked on OpenTable.
