FABELEI is a bright, non-smoking cocktail bar on Kyffhäuserstrasse in Schöneberg, opened in December 2018 by Filip and Anastasia Schöck-Bochénski. The team makes its own syrups, espumas, infusions and cordials, using centrifuging, fat-washing and fermentation for its signature drinks, and keeps a large alcohol-free list. A bistro kitchen runs weekly specials such as No and Low Monday, Taco Tuesday and Classic Sunday, and the bar also sells bottled cocktails.
