Dangerous Water

Dangerous Water is a 20-seat cocktail bar on Plaça del Mercadal in Sa Gerreria, the historic heart of Palma's old town. It is the solo project of Salvatore Camagna, a bartender with more than 20 years behind bars in Spain, England, Ireland, Hong Kong, and Singapore, including a decade running Minibar in Port de Sóller. The name comes from the secret symbol language of American hobos in the Prohibition era, and storytelling runs through the whole bar. The seasonal signature list is built entirely in house from homemade ingredients and Mallorcan produce, split into long drinks for refreshment and short, spirit-forward serves, alongside properly made classics and a full non-alcoholic section. Stone arches, low light, and a small terrace complete the room.
