Copycat Co. is a two-floor bar on H Street NE: a ground-floor counter serves Northern Chinese street food such as potstickers, bao and skewers, and the cocktail bar is upstairs. The menu is organized by cocktail family, from fizzes and sours to old fashioneds and martinis, with notes on each style, and guests can choose the spirit and the preparation. It was opened by Devin Gong, formerly a bartender at barmini, whose team later opened Astoria in Dupont Circle.
