Gold Clover Bar is a corner neighbourhood bar on Florida Avenue NW, opened in April 2024 in the space that was the Truxton Inn from 2017 to 2023, by John Solomon and Neil Morgan of Solly's with Antoine Lyers running the bar. The room kept its predecessor's stained glass and dark wood, adds TVs for live sport and a patio outside, and plays a broad mix of music. Drinks run from beer and beer-and-shot pairings to classic cocktails such as a white Negroni.
