Cooling Tower is the rooftop bar on Level 29 of Carlton City Hotel on Gopeng Street in Tanjong Pagar, with views across the harbor skyline. The room is furnished in a contemporary style with soft ambient lighting. The cocktail list keeps mostly to familiar drinks such as the Moscow Mule, Old Fashioned and Lychee Martini, plus a house drink called The Hangover that mixes tequila, vodka, white rum and cognac with orange and pineapple juice. There are also beer towers, draft beers, a wine list and bar bites running from satay to pizza, with a happy hour on the menu. It opens at 4pm every day and stays open until 1am from Wednesday to Saturday.
