The intimate bar on the Four Seasons Hong Kong's sixth floor, adjoining the three-Michelin-starred French restaurant Caprice. Its signature 'Illusion' menu is nine cocktails engineered to mimic wine styles, Champagne, White Burgundy, First Growth Bordeaux, each named after a Hong Kong district, from Sai Ying Pun to Victoria Peak, largely without wine as the base. Imported French cheeses and caviar service round out the offer.
