Bōkan 38 is the bar on the 38th floor of the Novotel London Canary Wharf on Marsh Wall, with a rooftop terrace one level up on the 39th floor and the Bōkan 37 restaurant below. From its spot in the docklands, the views reach across Canary Wharf and Greenwich. The bar champions locally distilled spirits, and its menu splits into signatures from the team, such as the Peach & Quiet on a Planteray rum base, reimagined classics, and rediscovered cocktails taken from the history books, each with its own archive number. The dress code is smart casual, and flip-flops, sliders and Crocs are turned away. It opens from 4pm early in the week and from noon at weekends.
