Chris Moore's French-inspired cocktail bar has anchored Bethnal Green Road since summer 2017, named after the coupe glass and built on locally sourced ingredients, with calvados as the house spirit. The Champagne Piña Colada is the enduring signature. A second venue, Atelier Coupette, is now open on Moor Street in Soho.
