Bar de Bon-Secours is a hidden cocktail bar in Vieux Lyon, set in the cellar beneath the Ambassade Bonnat & Crozet, a chocolate and syrup shop on rue du Bœuf. Guests ring the bell at the shop front and a bartender leads them down to a vintage room with a jazzy, old-fashioned mood. The drinks revisit old spirits and aperitifs from the Crozet distillery in the Haut-Beaujolais, such as Skos, Arquebuse and Citron-Crozet, poured over ice or mixed into cocktails. Alongside, the bar serves charcuterie and cheese plates from the Monts du Lyonnais, sliced to order on a Roussey slicer.
