Bandra Born is chef Gresham Fernandes's restaurant and bar on Chapel Road, which began as a 12-week pop-up and stayed on as a permanent fixture. The bar is built around mahua, the spirit distilled from the flower of the mahua tree, with negronis, highballs and coladas made on Six Brothers small-batch mahua, and the kitchen cooks the Catholic, East Indian and Anglo-Indian food of the neighbourhood. It placed No. 24 on 30 Best Bars India in 2024 and No. 17 in 2025, and won the 2024 award for Best Non-Alcoholic Bar Menu.
