Singapore's first dedicated CHOYA bar, at Millenia Walk, and only the second outpost of the Tokyo Ginza original outside Japan. The menu covers more than 12 editions of CHOYA umeshu, tasting flights, classic cocktails with a CHOYA twist and original serves made only for Singapore, such as the Golden Rod with CHOYA Single Year, rye whiskey and fresh mango. Ume also runs through the food, from bar snacks and mains to desserts, in a cosy room set to jazz.
