Potato Head Beach Club in Seminyak has launched its new Roots Revived menu, celebrating Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage through sustainable mixology and culinary creativity. Released as part of Potato Head’s 15th anniversary, the menu blends local ingredients, Indonesian spirits, and zero-waste practices into a vibrant cocktail and dining experience.

Roots Revived is a conceptual exploration of the archipelago’s traditions and tropical bounty. Drawing from native ferments, traditional distillation methods, and house-made infusions, the new offerings include 29 drinks across six categories: Nol, Plant Powered, Homemade Soda, Low Alcohol, Cocktail, and Sharing Cocktails.
Three of these focus on no- and low-alcohol options, reflecting a strong emphasis on inclusive and mindful drinking. Highlights include Golden Marquisa with passion fruit and jasmine honey, and the Bitter Watermelon crafted from upcycled pulp and house-made zero-bitter tonic.

The Homemade Soda and Plant Powered sections offer nutrient-rich, refreshing drinks like Vitamin Sea (carrot, mesoyi bark, citrus) and the standout Bali Roots Cola made with coconut water and palm sugar. Cocktails can be enhanced with Balinese spirits like Nusa Caña Rum or nutmeg liqueur.
The Cocktail section reintroduces signature favorites such as Bina Colada and Monkey Business alongside new creations like Cloudscape and Bedugul Spritz, incorporating arak, jackfruit, vanilla tea, and kombucha.
Rooted in sustainability, every element of the menu honors a root-to-flower philosophy. Leftovers are fermented, repurposed, and transformed into bold new flavors. Each serve pays homage to the land and local hands that shape it.
The food offering mirrors this ethos with vibrant shareable dishes and regional specialties. Guests can enjoy Sweetcorn Croquettes, Edamame Hummus, the Iced Japanese Soba Bowl, and the Umami Burger with cassava chips. All dishes emphasize seasonality, community, and a regenerative way of living.
Roots Revived is now available at Potato Head Beach Club in Bali, a destination that continues to redefine sustainability and hospitality in Southeast Asia. The launch invites locals and travelers alike to experience a new kind of beachside creativity where heritage meets innovation.
