View Rooftop Bangkok is on the 9th floor of Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam on Phetchaburi Road, in the Pratunam area, with sunset and panoramic skyline views. The kitchen is Mediterranean, led by Greek chef Christos, known as Chef Titos, who pairs ingredients sourced from their home countries with fresh local produce. The cocktails follow the same theme as a Holiday in a Glass list inspired by the region's best-known seaside destinations, and a non-alcoholic collection covers cocktails, wines and beers. Classic cocktails are buy one, get one every day before 6pm. The rooftop is open every day from 5pm to midnight, with live entertainment, and tables can be booked by phone or online.
