Vesper is a 24-hour cocktail bar on the ground floor of The Cosmopolitan's Chelsea Tower, named for the martini in Casino Royale. The room has mirrored tiles, neon accents and gilded waves overhead. It pours four Rare Character whiskeys bottled for the resort alongside its cocktail list.
