Easy's is a speakeasy at ARIA reached through Easy Donuts in the Proper Eats food hall, run by Clique Hospitality. The small room has plush velvet seating facing a stage with live jazz-style music every night. Drinks are presented with dry-ice fog, flowers and ice moulds, such as the Shroomin', gin, matcha, lemon and honey in mushroom-shaped glasses on a mossy plank.
