Fede Cuco's Palermo institution, established 2013, drinks its way around the world with Jules Verne: seasonal menus renewed four times a year follow Phileas Fogg's journey, poured in a room of Turkish rugs and leather chesterfields. Expect guest shifts, jazz nights, Tuesday Martini sessions and an Opium Fashioned of bourbon, black tea and smoke.
